Network Administrator
|
|
Information Services is currently
seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support,
monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software
issues pertaining to the LAN/WAN. Duties and tasks
related to this position include:
-
Recommend and schedule repairs
to the LAN/WAN
-
Install, tests and implements
network software and services
-
Provide TCP/IP technical
support for the organization's critical
routed/switched LAN/WAN activities
-
Remain informed of changes in
network system software and hardware requirements
and makes recommendations for future software and
hardware purchases
-
Administer and monitor the
network, keeping system information up-to-date in
network logs and ensures all components are
operating correctly, i.e. cabling, hubs, switches,
management modules, routers, as well as primary
hardware and software
-
Monitor the network, ensuring
system connectivity, interface gateway daily
maintenance and ensures daily and monthly backup of
essential data
-
Planning and execution of
scheduled changes, including written change
installation procedures
-
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
-
Experience working within
complex technical environment
-
Experience with disaster
recovery and off site replication of critical data
-
Provide technical support for
client services technicians and end users when
necessary
The ideal candidate will have at least
five years experience as a Network Administrator and
must excel in a dynamic, team environment with minimal
supervision. Strengths include taking initiative, a
strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a
positive attitude. Technical proficiency should include
a solid working knowledge and experience with Windows
Server 2003 and 2008, Citrix, Microsoft Exchange 2003
and 2007, Cisco firewall, router and switch
configurations, VMware, Network Storage and Blade
technology. Experience working in a Citrix environment
is preferred. Network Appliance data storage experience
is a PLUS.

HR Services is currently seeking candidates for a temporary (3-6 months), full-time position as a Benefits Representative for our 37 Texas Facilities. Duties will include processing employee’s benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations; assisting in the annual Open Enrollment process; updating and maintaining accurate date in PeopleSoft HRIS system; and responding to benefit inquiries regarding employee benefits. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate via email and verbally, be able to interpret insurance documents, and possess the mathematical skills needed to determine insurance premiums and payroll deductions.
Candidates should possess an AA/AS degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school or 6 months to one year of experience and/or training. We are seeking experienced, licensed Nursing Home Administrators for various
facilities in Texas. The qualified individuals will possess strong leadership
qualities, and be responsible for all aspects of facility operations including
managing revenue, census building and community relations in order to enhance
the quality of life that residents enjoy.
Candidates must be currently licensed in Texas and have a stable work history
with a minimum of 2-3 years facility administrator experience. Documented
success in census growth, leadership and TDHS compliance experience is also
required.

Texas RN license and a minimum of 2 years management experience in a long-term care
setting is required. Prior DON experience is a preferred.
