Recognizing the myriad of compliance issues faced by Administrators in today’s environment, Complete HealthCare Resources offers a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to assess the operations of each department within the facility and analyze the operational compliance with applicable regulations. Our multi-disciplinary team evaluates current operations, identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each operational component, develops systems designed to improve areas of weakness, and supports the on-site staff with the implementation of these systems. Complete HealthCare Resources will conduct a complete Pre-survey Analysis and provide on-going training and support to facility or community support. Our multi-disciplinary team consists of Regional Vice Presidents, Administrators, Dietary, Clinical, Environmental, Marketing, Financial, and Business Office specialists. Complete HealthCare Resources has been approved to provide Directed Inservices and can support a facility or community by developing a complete HIPAA compliance program, training the on-site staff on implementation of this program, and conducting regular follow-up consultations to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.

Restorative Nursing and MDS Assessment programs are conducted by Complete HealthCare Resources’ experienced professionals. These assessments include the development of detailed Action Plans that offer the leadership of a facility or community a step-by-step process for improving the interaction between these two program elements and supporting effective interfacing between them.
