Mrs. Otto is responsible for all of the Full Service Management and Management
Consulting relationships for all skilled nursing clients within the Company’s
Eastern Division.
Prior to assuming her present position with the Company, Mrs. Otto served as an
NHA for the Company at Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin, PA for over five
years. Mrs. Otto has 30 years of health care experience with 13 years of long
term care and nursing home administrator experience in day-to-day facility
operations, nursing practice, union environments and risk management for
county-owned facilities.
Mrs. Otto is a licensed nursing home administrator and a licensed registered
nurse in Pennsylvania. She holds a BS in Health Care Administration from St.
Joseph’s College.
Todd D.Wagner, CPA
Vice President, Financial Management
Mr. Wagner coordinates the due diligence, financial analysis and financing of
potential acquisitions for the Company and for the Company’s clients. He
interfaces with the Company’s divisional offices on financial and operational
matters, systems implementation and workflow automation.
As Cash Management Controller for the Company, Mr. Wagner was responsible for
the management of Treasury functions, Accounts Payable and Payroll for 200+
nursing homes producing annual revenues in excess of $600 million with up to
12,000 employees.
Prior to joining the Complete HealthCare Resources, Mr. Wagner managed the
financial accounting aspects of a retail financial services company with over
200 locations. He was also the Director of Accounting for a large,
national leasing subsidiary managing their banking relationships and conducting
operational and internal control audits, and served as a Manager in the audit
department of a Big Five accounting firm.
Mr. Wagner received his M.B.A. in Finance from St. Joseph’s University,
Philadelphia, PA and his B.S. in Business Administration from Albright College
in Reading, PA.
Michael A. Smith, SPHR
Vice President, Human Resource Services
Mr. Smith has worked in human resources for 13 years and joined Complete
HealthCare Resources in 1994. He is responsible for the overall human
resource functions of the Company. His responsibilities include
employment law, compensation and benefits administration, employee and labor
relations, training and development as well as human resource planning.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Smith worked for Manpower, Inc. in
Philadelphia, PA and Burndy Corporation in Littleton, NH.
Mr. Smith is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where he received his
Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. He is also a certified Senior
Professional in Human Resources. Mr. Smith is a member of the Society for Human
Resource Management.
Stephen Franceschi, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
In this role, Mr. Franceschi directs all financial, treasury and information
technology activities of the Company and its affiliates. Mr. Franceschi joined
Complete HealthCare Resources in 1997 and previously managed the Client
Accounting Services department.
Prior to joining Complete HealthCare Resources, Mr. Franceschi had 20 years
experience managing the accounting departments at various publicly held
national long-term care and regional healthcare companies.
Mr. Franceschi received his B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and his
M.B.A. from Old Dominion University.
C. Martin Diller
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Diller is responsible for defining and implementing the Company's
technology initiatives. He also has responsibility for the development,
integration and support of all computer technology and is the company's
chief security officer. Mr. Diller began his career with Burroughs
Corporation (now Unisys) and has been in the information technology field for
over 20 years. He has led and directed large development and implementation
projects and has been involved in all aspects of technical product development,
customer support and sales primarily in the hospitality and healthcare
industries. In 1986 Mr. Diller was named Program Manager at Aptech Systems,
Inc. and in 1991 was named VP of Sales at Comsat, a technical leader in data
networks and video compression technology. In 1994 he entered the healthcare
field and launched a healthcare consulting business focused on operations and
management of specialty surgical groups. He joined Complete HealthCare
Resources, Inc. in 2003. Mr. Diller holds a BS degree from Elizabethtown
College in Business Administration and Computer Science.
