Peter J. Licari

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Licari has spent over thirty-five years of his life and virtually all of his professional career in senior health care, beginning in high school working in the dietary department of a neighborhood nursing home.  Mr. Licari serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is a co-owner of the Company.  The formation of Complete HealthCare Resources in 1989 was the culmination of a career focused on the care of the elderly.  Prior to Complete HealthCare Resources, Mr. Licari was a senior officer in a national, public eldercare company where he had operations responsibility for forty-two skilled nursing facilities in six states.  His earlier positions included administrator of skilled nursing facilities and senior administrator with a well-known, Philadelphia based childrens’ hospital. 

An alumnus of Penn State University, Mr. Licari is a member of the American Health Care Association’s multi-facility Board of Directors and devotes personal time in fundraising activities for a local school for the learning disabled.  An accomplished speaker and life-long advocate for responsible, high quality senior care services, Mr. Licari regularly addresses trade groups and government-sponsored gatherings.  He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Pennsylvania, Florida and Alabama.

Michael D. D’Arcangelo

Senior Executive Vice President

Mr. D’Arcangelo has spent his entire business career in the senior living business.  In 1989, Mr. D’Arcangelo co-founded the Company with Mr. Licari.  He is an expert in government reimbursement.  Prior to forming the Company, Mr. D’Arcangelo served as Vice President of Business Services for a major, publicly held nursing home chain.  In this capacity, he managed employee relations for the eastern region, an organization of over 4,500 employees.  He also developed and implemented accounting and business office procedures, systems and controls for the forty-two facilities in that region, covering six states. 

Mr. D’Arcangelo is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
