The Eastern subsidiary currently provides full management services to twenty-one independent living, assisted living communities, continuing care retirement community, or nursing facilities with approximately 3,738 beds. 

Through the Texas affiliate, Complete HealthCare Resources provides comprehensive consulting services to another 38 nursing facilities with approximately 4,412 beds.
